We always consider the impact that our projects have on local communities and we pro-actively engage with stakeholders to create strategies that provide opportunities for local SMEs (Small and Medium Enterprise), training and skills development plans, work placements and apprenticeships. 

We have aligned values throughout our supply chain, with back-to-back contractual requirements, to ensure delivery of local employment targets.

We constantly improve the capability of our employees, developing their knowledge and skills through structured training plans and continued professional development.

We remain on course to achieve another year of growth while improving upon our credible net operating profit percentage. Our strategic objectives will continue to be:

  • The development of client relationships, based upon our firmly established partnering ethos and therefore delivering a large percentage of our turnover through repeat business;
  • Collaboration with our supply chain; or: introducing them at the early stages of the design process where they can provide innovative, high-quality solutions at competitive and affordable prices
  • The collaborative management of risk, resulting in high levels of profitable efficiency

As an ISO 14001 accredited company, CPMS is acutely aware of the impact that our activities have on the environment. As a consequence we have evolved processes and procedures that ensure our project management teams carefully plan our activities to minimise any adverse environmental effects.

We have implemented strategies which have significantly improved our performance across a broad range of activities. These include:

  • Introducing innovative processes at all levels of our projects
